15. Carlo Bossi

When Carlo Bossi died his wife, Petronella, designed his tombstone. She asked an Italian sculptor originally from the same village as her husband to carve it. It features portraits of Carlo and Petronella and has much floral symbolism. Bossi was a prominent member of the Pioneer Society as its symbol is carved between the two portraits.
