Several times a year, the Old Cemeteries Society offers a Zoom tour instead of an in-person tour at one of our heritage cemeteries. On March 16, thirty-three people met on Zoom to enjoy John Azar’s PowerPoint presentation on the Small Cemeteries of southeastern Vancouver Island. Not included are cemeteries the OCS visits regularly or occasionally, very small family cemeteries, or First Nations cemeteries. The presentation is organized into four sections: Western Communities, Saanich Peninsula, Gulf Islands, and North of the Malahat.
